Fees for therapy and psychological services

Introductory telephone consultation (subject to availability):

• 20 minutes: free

Fees for individual sessions for psychological assessment and therapy:

55 minutes duration

• £140 for online appointments

• £150 for in person appointments

Longer sessions of 90 minutes can be arranged at a pro-rata fee for trauma-processing work using EMDR.

Brief assessment and discharge reports can be written for you and your GP/referrer, at a small additional charge of £40 per report.

Self‑funding

If you are self‑funding, sessions will be invoiced monthly at the end of each month, with payment requested by bank transfer within seven days. Payment can also be made in cash or by cheque if needed.

Health insurance

I am recognised by most major health insurance companies including AXA, AVIVA, WPA and BUPA. I will need your membership number and authorisation code to proceed with offering sessions.

Please note - not all health insurance companies may cover the full cost of my therapy services. Each provider has a different policy so please contact them for further information and check your policy cover.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment for any reason, please give at least 24 hours notice for cancelling/rearranging.

If I receive less than 24 hours notice, or you do not attend an appointment, then the full session fee will be charged.
